- A strong, critical mass of engaged and interconnected people who have the desire and ability to effect change towards social, environmental, and economic justice.
- A vibrant community organizing centre that serves as a hub for people to gather and organize and that channels community resources to nurture an ecosystem of people and organizations with the power to create change.
- A community-owned building that houses this hub along with multiple justice-seeking organizations, social enterprises, and grassroots groups.

A Critical Time for Change
We are living in a critical political period for social and environmental justice, a period that demands coordinated and supported efforts on many issues, ranging from local to international audiences. Saskatoon has always been in the forefront pushing for justice, but we have been losing the organizational and physical spaces where people used to come together and work on these campaigns. Your donation will help us establish The Stand as a hub that builds social movements by informing, supporting, and connecting people and groups to work towards social, environmental, and economic justice. By seeking funding from the community, The Stand and the Treaty 6 Justice Collective that operates it, maintains the ability to speak and act on critical issues, saying what needs to be said without fear of losing funding from government or corporate sponsors.
