Singing for a Better World - Session 2!

When we lift our voices together in song, we lift our spirits, too, and experience an unparalleled sense of connection with each other. No wonder singing has been part of many social movements!

Our first choir gathering in August went so well, our community has supported the idea of this choir becoming a reality! And that means more rehearsals, so please join us for our second gathering to learn songs about protecting the earth and building peace and justice.

We will talk about ways we can bring these songs to rallies, marches and vigils, and create a culture of progressive, collective singing in Saskatoon.

All are welcome, even if you couldn’t make it to the first meeting! No prior singing experience or musical knowledge required. Players of guitars, banjos, ukuleles, etc. also very welcome!
